Terms & Conditions – 4D SPACES

Welcome to 4D SPACES. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. All services offered by 4D SPACES, including digital marketing, video creation, poster designing, and campaign management, are delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

2. The client must provide all required photos, videos, content, and approvals on time.

3. Payments made to 4D SPACES are non-refundable once the project begins, as all work is time-bound and resource-based.

4. Delivery timelines depend on timely content submission and approvals from the client.

5. 4D SPACES will not be liable for delays caused by platform issues (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp).

6. Client is responsible for political authentication required by Meta for political ads.

7. 4D SPACES is not responsible for WhatsApp number blocking due to mass messaging.

8. Raw project files remain the property of 4D SPACES unless purchased separately.

9. All disputes will be settled under Kerala jurisdiction.

10. All work listed in the proposal under Quantity / Output will be delivered within the agreed timeline. Reels will be created only from videos shot by 4D Spaces or provided by the Client’s team. Poster content and final text must be provided or approved by the candidate before publishing.
    
    YouTube Shorts will be created from the reels and short clips prepared during the campaign. WhatsApp bulk messaging (if included) is limited to the agreed number of cycles and follows a safe sending method. The digital campaign services will be active until the period ends. Any additional video shoots, extra reels, or extra posters beyond the agreed number will be charged separately. Delivery timelines depend on timely approval of content from the candidate’s side. All raw content (speeches, photos, videos, information) must be provided by the candidate or campaign team.4D Spaces is not responsible for factual or political claims made in the content. Any last-minute content changes may delay posting schedules. Boosting (Meta Ads) is not included in the main package price of. Boosting budget must be paid by the client to Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook). Daily boosting is recommended at ₹1000–₹1500 per day for best reach .Achieving “1 lakh+ reach” depends on Meta platform performance, audience behaviour, and daily budget—results may vary.
     

11. 50% advance payment is required to start the project. Remaining 50% on or before the final three days of the campaign. Payments once made are non-refundable, as the work is time-bound and manpower-based. Delay in payment may pause the campaign activities. Each poster/reel/motion video includes one revision. Additional revisions or redesign requests will be charged separately. Revisions must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the draft.

12. Making of Posters, Videos requires a maximum of 24 hour time gap. Urgent requests will depend on workload and may not be guaranteed. Client must provide information, text, photos, and raw videos in advance. Delay in providing materials will delay the output. Last-minute requests (within 6–12 hours) may be postponed to the next available slot due to: Editing queue Rendering time Design workload Scheduling of other campaign activities Approval must be given within 2 hours after sample is sent, otherwise final posting will be delayed. Revisions also require additional time (typically 4–6 hours depending on complexity). For high-volume days (final week), the 24-hour rule is strictly applicable to maintain quality and timely posting.

13. WhatsApp Messaging (If Included) Only safe batch messaging will be done to avoid number blocking. Messaging cycles are limited as per the proposal (2–3 cycles or agreed number). Additional cycles will incur extra charges. The Client must provide: Daily activity details Photos/videos from events Speeches or messages Official information for posters. Any delay from the campaign team may affect posting consistency. All creative content (posters, videos, reels) produced by 4D Spaces can be used only for this election campaign. Raw project files (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, AI files) remain the property of 4D Spaces unless purchased separately.4D Spaces may use selected content for portfolio use (after election), unless the client objects in writing.4D Spaces is not responsible for: Social media algorithm changes Meta ads rejection Social media downtime or technical issues WhatsApp number blocking due to misuse by client Deliverables are based on best-effort practices but cannot guarantee any political outcome or voting result . If the Client terminates the project mid-way, no refund will be issued as manpower and resources are already allocated.4D Spaces reserves the right to stop services if the client behaves abusively, delays payment, or violates platform policies. All media, data, and campaign materials shared by the candidate will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with external parties.

14. META ADS – POLITICAL BOOSTING CONDITIONS

16. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) requires special verification for all political advertisements.
    Political ads include any content related to elections, candidates, political issues, manifesto points, or voting appeals.

17. Only verified ad accounts can run political boosting.
    The client must ensure that: A valid ID is submitted to Meta Location confirmation is approved Ad authorization is completed A disclaimer (“Paid for by”) is added to the page

18. Meta may review or reject political ads at any time.
    Boosting may be delayed or paused due to: Incomplete political authorization Use of prohibited words Policy violations Unverified content “Vote appeal” without disclaimer

19. Meta requires transparency in political boosting.
    All approved political ads will publicly display: “Paid for by Client/Campaign Name” The advertiser’s location Ad spend data (approximate)

20. The client is responsible for political authorization.
    4D Spaces will assist with content preparation and uploading, but: The client must complete Meta’s identity verification The client must provide correct legal information The ad account must be in the client’s control

21. Boosting is subject to Meta’s algorithm and approval timeline.
    Meta may take 24–72 hours to approve political ads.
    Approval speed is not controlled by 4D Spaces.

22. Meta reserves the right to reject any ad without explanation.
    Rejection reasons may include: Sensitive political claims Unverified statements Misleading or unapproved images Copyright issues Community guideline violations

23. Boosting performance depends on Meta, not 4D Spaces.
    Reach, engagement, impressions, and distribution depend on: Meta algorithm Audience behaviour Budget Time of day Campaign competition Political sensitivity of the content

24. No guarantee of reach or results.
    Meta does not guarantee: Specific reach numbers Specific engagement rates Specific voter reactions Election outcome

25. 4D Spaces can only optimize content based on best practices.

26. Client must ensure content does not violate election laws. ECI (Election Commission of India) rules must be followed MCC (Model Code of Conduct) guidelines must be respected No hate speech, fake claims, or sensitive issues
