The scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals. All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.No refunds after services commence. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, logos, and brand guidelines. 2 minor revisions are included per creative. Additional revisions are chargeable. Delays in client feedback may affect delivery timelines. All designs remain the property of 4D Spaces until full payment is made. After payment, clients get rights to use the deliverables for their business. We reserve the right to showcase completed work for our portfolio and promotions. Content boosting and ad campaigns are subject to platform policies. We’re not responsible for any platform-related delays, restrictions, or policy changes. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared business, creative, and personal information. Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be made for terminated projects unless mutually agreed.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely content, images, login credentials, and brand assets. 2 minor revisions per design/web page/SEO report are allowed; extra revisions are chargeable.

Project timelines may extend due to delayed client feedback or inputs. Webpage Designing Specific Terms

Website content (text/images/videos) must be supplied by the client unless content creation is included in the package. 4D Spaces will provide design layout previews for client approval before going live. Any third-party charges (domain, hosting, SSL, plugins) are to be borne by the client. Post-payment, clients receive full rights to use the completed website. 4D Spaces may display completed sites in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

SEO Service Specific Terms SEO results depend on several factors including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client cooperation. 4D Spaces does not guarantee #1 rankings or overnight results. Keyword rankings and traffic improvements are gradual and influenced by consistent effort and content quality. Any penalties or issues resulting from previous SEO work by other providers are not the responsibility of 4D Spaces. SEO reports and performance analytics will be shared periodically as agreed in the contract. All designs, websites, and SEO strategies remain the property of 4D Spaces until final payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of designs and websites is transferred to the client. 4D Spaces retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

Third-Party Services Ad campaigns, hosting services, domain registrations, and plugin purchases are subject to third-party terms. 4D Spaces is not liable for disruptions or policy changes by external platforms or services. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality on shared data, strategies, and business information. Termination Either party can terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. No refunds for completed services or active projects. Limitation of Liability 4D Spaces is not responsible for: Ranking fluctuations due to search engine updates. Service interruptions from third-party providers. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
